ProjectStar Management Consultants, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 2003 by President & CEO, Celeste Cornileus with the goal to provide an array of project control services suited to the changing and technology-based construction market. The office is located in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida. The president has twenty-plus years of project controls experience, which includes 13 years of U.S. federal government experience. The company specializes in providing project controls at the conceptual design phase, design development, construction bid documents, to construction closeout for renovated and new work for the following types of facilities and construction projects:

United States Embassies & Consulates worldwide, office buildings, government facilities, military facilities, airport construction, roadway construction, universities, hotels, civil/site utilities, building restoration, power plants, schools (k-12), and commercial buildings.
